Cancellation Policy

      1. Cancelling an Order (Within 24 Hours)
        • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
        • To cancel, email Support@tejasorganics.in or call +91-8506946720 with order details.
        • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
        • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
      2. Cancelling After Delivery (Within 7 Days)
        • You may cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods with a proper reason.
        • To exercise this right, inform us clearly by email (Support@tejasorganics.in) or phone (+91-8506946720)
        • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your cost and risk.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to the same payment method, with no additional fees. (provided the product reaches the destination in good condition) to the same payment method.

Return & Refund Policy

          • Damaged Product
            • If your product is damaged during delivery, please notify us through website or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
            • You have to return the product in the same packaging that you have received
            • Required details:
              • Order number
              • Photo of invoice
              • Clear images of damaged product
            • Resolution: We will replace the damaged product within 7–10 working days.
          • Missing Product
            • If any item from your order is missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery
            • Required details:
              • Order number
              • Invoice copy
              • Images of received products & packaging
            • Resolution: We will promptly send the missing item.
          • Spoiled Product
            • If a product is spoiled on arrival, please report within 48 hours with:
              • Order number
              • Date of packaging/manufacture (printed on pack)
              • Clear images or video of the spoiled product
            • Resolution: After verification, we will replace the product.
 

⚠️ Please Note: Since our products are natural and 100% organic without fertilizers & processed with traditional old techniques slight variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma are normal and not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened or partially used products.
    • Products reported after 2 days of delivery.
    • Items purchased during sale/discount campaigns.

Process & Timelines

      • All complaints must be raised through website or via email to Support@tejasorganics.in within maximum 2 days of delivery.
      • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours after complaint registration
      • Approved replacements will be dispatched in 7–10 working days.
      • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
